The Alumni Association of Hinduja college of Nursing organized a one day workshop on leader ship "Discover the leader in you" for M.Sc. and Post Basic nursing students. Sessions covered by the alumni included concepts of leadership, styles, characteristics theories, Transformational v/s Transactional Leadership, leaders role in change management and how to be A++ leader.
