You, as a member of our alumni community, are valued and are an important part of the extended Alumni
Association Family. As an alumni, there are many opportunities for you to stay connected with College of
Nursing students, faculty and staff and to give back to the College.
Whether you are interested in becoming a Volunteer, Graduate Mentor, hosting a student on placement through your entrepreneurship, and providing an Alumni Profile, your support will help shape the future of College of Nursing and those following in your footsteps.
Prepare graduates to assume responsibilities as professional, competent nurses and midwives at basic level in providing promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services.
Prepare nurses who can make independent decisions in nursing situations, protect the rights of facilitate individuals and groups in pursuit of health, function in the hospital, community nursing services and conduct research studies in the areas of nursing practice. They are also expected to assume the role of teacher, supervisor and manager in a clinical / public health setting
Employing an undergraduate and post graduate student within your institutes provides you with access to up to date skills, knowledge and fresh thinking relevant to nursing profession. You are invited to conduct Campus Interview and other recruitment at our college.
The College of Nursing Alumni Association is looking for alumni to join as Executive Committee members which lead the efforts of the association. Each committee member has a unique purpose. If you would like to become involved with the College’s Alumni Association.
